These guys are from a trip to Fredericksburg during my spring break.

And these last few are from a park I've only recently found, called Soldiers Delight. Odd name, crazy place. Soldier's Delight is the first place chrome was found in the US and also home to an ecosystem known as the serpentine barrens. Because the soil is so poor here, nothing can grow aside from withered trees and grasses. The place is beautiful and stark and I'm expecting to do quite a bit of shooting here for the remainder of the semester.
